In the unlikely event that you would like to return your products, please use the following procedures.
How do I return?
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
- We only accept untouched complete cases with all cans untampered with.
- All items must be in the original packaging
- Any cans received back to us damaged, cannot be refunded
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- We do not cover the cost of the return of items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less the returns charge, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
